If you have mild or moderate flu symptoms, stay home to avoid spreading the virus, especially in GP Practices, hospitals and other healthcare settings.
If you need medical advice, visit your local pharmacy or call NHS 24 on 111 for urgent concerns.
To reduce the spread:
